Warm beefy Distortion pedals for solid state amps?

I bought an RG100 cause I thought I was Dime, turns out I'm not.
However the amp alone sounded bad, so I used an 808 with an
EQ in the back, as well in the front, brought to life in a good way.
But you'd need a noise gate too.
