Well, my next amp will be a Mod50. Enlighten me please

I'd recommend you get the BMAN, the COD, and the GNR module! 3 totally different tones that you can use at will depending on your mood!

I agree with Eric. Or just get an SL2 to start with and see if you need the GnR mod. If you want all of those tones, go with Bassman and the SL2 and then get your Mayer, two Rock tone by running a Zen Drive into the gained up B channel of teh Bassman.

It rocks!

thank you guys, I'm all excited now! hehe I have a BB preamp and it rocks.

btw, can the COD in the B channel give me some nice heavy Lenny Kravitz Rythms? how the COD A channel? clean? if it's the Egnater take ona Dumble, I asume it's clean correct?

I'll def. go with the Bassman but don't know if I should go with the COD or the SL/SL2 I'll get an EG5 or Erect too for heavier stuff, but I wanna make this amp a blues/pop rock machine first.

$2250 with your choice of 2 modules. Find one used..good luck! If you do expect to pay 1800 to 2000. We are on a 3 week build time table from order.

Gosh I wish this was the case when I ordered mine a long time ago. waited a few months, only to having to pass and go in a different direction because of time need. I could of been sporting a mod 50 if the wait was as it is now

actually that SAME thing happened to me. I was gonna order a MOD50 and the waiting time was like 3 months or so.... so I went with the Einstein. I don't regret it, since I REALLY like that amp, but I've wanted a MOD50 for a long time. Now that I only have the VH4 (not counting the Duesentrieb Little Joe since it's more of a practice/recording amp), I can definitely see a MOD50 as part of my rig soon.
