Hey Ed. Yeah I'm a State Corrections Officer. I deal with these guys all the time. Seems some people, and Vince might be one of them, live life by saying whatever they can to get past the rules or to aquire things illegitimately. The lies never end and build on the one before. There is no shame or guilt. If they get over on you, you deserved it because you were dumb enough to buy into it. Well atleast they think so.

Over the years he posed as Dave Mustaines Guitar Tech, a Jackson rep, a MMA fighter, a NYC Cop, a Hells Angel biker, and about a million other scams.

He's been known to buy cheap bodies of guitars on eBay and sell them as charvels, jacksons and fenders.

He threatened to kick some 15 year old kids ass

and many many more!



Honestly man, just about everybody who has been around the forums over the past few years has a story about this dude.

Its amazing how the criminal mind works Jim and I can relate to what you are saying because I have seen it many times growing up.
Its also amazing watching these guys because they can almost always do the right thing but they often choose the wrong path. You can hand guys like this the keys to success and they will always fuck it up, and although I hate to say this, its amazing to watch.
I used to work for a friend of the family and the guy Im talking about had a genius IQ. The guy was briliant but there was a catch. I guess he had a bad childhood and when he grew up He never did anthing on the up and up. I watched this guy continually do the wrong thing over and over again eben though he didn't have to. He was the type of guy where you could hand him $50,000 and tell him to take the 50 g's and give it to the next guy and that person will hand you $100,000 but the scumbag would rather pocket the $50,000 then to do the right thing. It's mind numbing!!
