International law on AI isn't going to exist. The development of AI weapons might be more an issue than who owns the music.

Also an explosion of more convincing and elaborate scams where the scammer will have to exert less effort and brains to succeed.

I currently use AI to replace my vocal parts. They are much better than my voice. It makes my shitty songs more listenable.
