CAE makes a line out box for around $150. They don't stock them though and delivery is about 4 weeks. I was going to get one but ended up with a Hotplate instead which works great. John Suhr is also going to be making a dedicated line out box very soon I believe.

One thing about the line out boxes (and even the Hotplates) is that you need to have enough volume driving them to get a good strong line out signal. I find that at bedroom volumes, I have to crank the line out level on my Hotplate and crank the input level on my G-Major, and it's still not quite as strong as I would like (it works OK though). CAE can add a level switch to their line out box so you can choose your input level between practice and stage volume.

That is the exact problem im having with my rig when using the behringer GI-100 lineout box although it could be that im not using it correctly LOL :D I may end up ordering the CAE or John's box at some point as it looks to be a much better and more reliable unit!!

Well the cool thing is Nik is putting a line out on there for me for $10. :D I'll see how that goes.

The cool thing about the Hotplate is that you can just attenuate the amp a couple of clicks and get a stronger line out signal without increasing the room volume of the amp.
