Smoked ribs.
I love to smoke!!! Anything really. I built a small smoker a few years ago. Works really good. Haven’t used it yet this year. It’s currently housing migrant spiders. I fill a coffee can with charcoal and whatever fruit wood that’s around. Apple, pears, plums and cherrys grow at will in Oregon so there’s plenty to work with.

The brother in law does it on a kamado Joe. He used some sort of pellets over the coals. Turned out pretty good. He’s getting a Traeger soon.

about 20 Tostitos, Tops brand Salsa and a Beer. I was lazy

I'd rather be breast feeding :(

I'm so exhausted from today that I just had a small bag of hot chips and some black licorice and washed it down with a Diet Pepsi. Last night, though, I had a couple delicious pulled pork sandwiches from where my cousin smoked a pork butt. I bought a smoker just like his today, just fat too exhausted to make anything.

Scalded a few pieces of meat tonight. Last of my cow. Another half beef in about a week.

@TheBiggestJerk I assume you didn't know there's a food-and-drink sub-forum.

Moving this there...

I don't have FB so I just assumed that link lead to something funny.

Thanks man. I think. :confused: :LOL:

Pasta Bolognese—my wife makes it better than any restaurant I’ve ever been to!

Plain oatmeal with a dash of cinnamon.
Oats are for horses and other livestock and put enormous stress on the body’s digestion and metabolism. The worst thing one can eat if diabetic or trying to decrease A1C. Straight from the mouth of a world renowned cardiac surgeon and cardiologist.

Plain oatmeal with no added sugar is fine if you are not a diabetic as mentioned. Oatmeal affects different people in different ways. For someone with Celiac disease, for example, oats are one of the only 'good grains' to eat. Most experts would agree that the benefits of oats outweigh the cons....for most people.

Also, did you change your name from Cordoba?

No it’s not, and although accepted as mainstream fact it’s misinformation. It spikes blood sugar, and that’s a lit fuse even if you're not DM for stroke especially older people with high BP or other co-morbidity. As a former cardiac surgical nurse, many hospitals don’t serve it anymore for the aforementioned reasons. I have personally surveyed many doctors as to what they eat for breakfast and very few if any intentionally choose oatmeal. It’s livestock feed, that’s not suitable for human consumption. There was a time that cigarettes too were promoted for health benefits.
