What gear are you planning to buy in 2024?

I gig a 100wt Marshall Super Lead, great amp but it's getting road worn. I'm looking to find a suitable 100wt flexi-type tube head as a standby to my Marshall. Candidates so far- Ceriatone Chupacabra, Suhr SL68.
 
I plan on selling much more than buying this year. I do have an amp build in mind though so I may have to buy a few odds and ends if I don’t have them lying around in parts bins
 
I'm kinda planning the opposite. I may pick up a used FX8 or a new Ibanez AZ24027, but have a few pairs of mackie monitors and a few Ibz 7 strings for sale right now.
 
After over a year off, the band is jamming again. Drummer runs through a pa, I brought a 2x12 - which didn't cut it. I'll probably grab a 1960 to leave there.

I have a hard time convincing myself I'm not buying a 1959hw, 1987x, 2203/4 or jtm45 before the year is done.

I missed one in Toronto and decided to order from L&M online 2 weeks ago. I got an email Monday telling me an ETA was not available. First purchase, but likely not first thing I get lol.
 
The amp wishlist right now is a Naylor or a Bogner GF SL, a Headfirst Alta 100, a Hellion and a good sounding Dual Rectifier. The guitar wishlist is an ES335, 345 or 355 and an Explorer (either white from the early 90s or a black Custom). I don’t think Santa got my letter this Christmas, so hopefully he’ll come through next time around…..
 
I think I might buy some strings and get my old Gibson amp serviced. Maybe pick up a few extra fingerpicks. I kind of want a Lari Basilio bridge humbucker to try in the neck of my LP but I don't know if I'll spend the $160 or so they want for it.

I'm interested in that too. Could be the perfect backup rig if my amp ever went out. Sounds great!

Other than that..the only thing I want to get is more ink on my arm.
 
Looking at adding the Marshall JVM410H (to mod), potentially a 5150 of some variety and a Herbert MRK I or III. I have also been looking Luxxtone and EBMM guitar options lately.
 
I just bought 5 fuzz pedals.

Probably going buy even more fuzz pedals, and a weird looking guitar. And a pickup set as I have 4 guitars with dimebucker+59

Off topic, but are you going to audition for the SP gig??? Be pretty funny if you rolled in Billy’s old Diezel to the audition!
 
Framing up and finishing a small studio in my basement with a control area and then big Gobos around my amps/cabs/ drumset. Space isn't big enough to do control room live/room ( I don't think)

There is a new Lynch Kamikaze ESP coming out which will also mean a cheaper LTD version. This one exchanges the Japanese pilot for a Native American and arrows instead of bombs. Slight colour change but still looks badass. I'd be interested in that one.
