What happened to Bogner cabinets?

I just e-mailed my rep to see what can be done...I confirmed that it's not any issue with the rubber feet on the head, by placing it on my level kitchen countertops. There was no wobble whatsoever. When I put it back on the cab, there's 1/8" wobble. My issue now, is that I threw the box out with the recyclables, so now I have to deal with that, lol.
 
Did he get back to you. I ended up returning mine. I have another Stoneage on order that will be done soon enough.

Just spoke with them after they opened up a repair ticket. They're sending another one and then I can return the old one in the box that the new one is coming in, providing that it isn't messed up too LOL.
 
Just an update. Got the replacement cabinet today and it was perfect. No more teetering. Old cab gets sent back tomorrow morning in the box the new one came in. I must say that Sweetwater definitely has some great customer service.
 
crap - I just bought a 2x12 Helios cab from Sweetwater that was open box and discounted. I hope I'm not getting your return.

UPDATE: got the cabinet today, no issues. Nice box.
