What hybird strings do you prefer for floyd rose equipped guitars?

Just wondering what light bottom/ heavy top strings folks have found to work best on floyd guitars.

My current Ernie Balls are not holding ground and require more adjustment than usual.

Daddario strings have always worked great for me.

Although I really doubt the problem with any guitar’s stability is going to be the strings, particularly well-made mass production strings like Ernie Ball makes. Whatever strings you use, you gotta make sure they’re stretched well and good before they’ll hold tune.

I use Everly B-52's and I abuse the hell out of the Floyd. I love the way they sound and they last a LONG time. Fantastic strings.

I have had them on for a little while...they are stretched....perhaps to the point of fatiguing???

A Floyd Music Man should be dead stable. So there is something that needs attention. To case the point, I’ve got two Luke’s (III and IV) with the Floyd, and they never go out of tune. I’m mostly using EB RPS 9-42 which is the OEM for the Luke’s, but also occasionally 9-46 hybrid sets.

10-52 on my floyd guitar, its 24.75 so just like an LP

NYXLs, cant go wrong

10-46 on 25.5” Floyd guitars full floating Eb
10-52 on 25.5” Floyd guitars dive only Eb
11-56 on 24.75” fixed bridge Eb
13-62 on 24.75” fixed bridge Cb/Drop Bb

11-56 drop C
12-56 C standard

Jump between brands, Ernie Ball, Dunlop and Daddario, no stability issues with any.

I have 4 EBMMs with floyds and use EB titanium 9-46 on them and all work great! Never an issue. Lots of live and rehearsals with all of the guitars.

EB Hybrid Slinkies are practically all I've used for decades. I'd suspect there's something off with your guitar's setup honestly
