What is the safest way to trade used items?

The member has been a member for 12 years and sold items here in 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 and this year.

After being asked he claims he's half-Swedish and has been living in the States for 15 years. I could tell by his syntax that he's definitely of European origin.

Case isn't as clearcut as one might initially think.

Discussions ongoing so we'll see.
I would say that constitutes history, no? :dunno:

Indeed it does mate, in which case the issue is whether or not someone else has "stepped in" since earlier this year.

Possible, but unlikely IMHO.

To answer the original question, sell each other the items and pay each other via normal PayPal.

Let’s say the items are worth $1,000, each party would incur $30 in fees for the safety net provided.

Pay with your credit card to add an additional layer of protection on your purchase side.

Some people are complaining that PayPal is biased against sellers.

OK, I bant the guy.

If he has a problem with it he can tell his side of the story to admin and the mods.

He sold gear here every year from 2017 to 2022 so if a scammer's taken over his account it's only just happened. We'll see.

Nothing to report yet.

The longer the delay before he complains, the more-likely, well, you know... :dunno:
