What is your preferred speaker for use with Wizard amps?

Sounds cool ! I wanna hear it after you double it too . It’s a raw agressive. Which wizard ?
When I first played it, I was taken aback by how raw that fucking amp is. I had never played a wizard, and thought they must be super polished. I had been way into smoother amps like soldanos and bogners. I instantly fell in love. It has changed my playing style and I have ditched all pedals and just play straight in.

It sounds grindy which I love . Aggressive is a good word needed to a tone

Has anyone tried the Celestion English made Heritage G12H30 speakers with their Wizard?
https://www.sweetwater.com/store/de...nch-30-watt-replacement-guitar-speaker-8-ohmsI don't know which ones you are referring to. But i ordered these last year, and these are made in uk
These are the 75 hz. The 55 hz were used in the marshall cabs. These 75s were traditionally used by laney and orange.
55hz were supposedly originally made for bass. But I think the 75 hz are better for metal. Less flubby in low end.

Yes, it’s one of my favorite speakers, but not necessarily with the MC25 and I don’t use it on its own. I’ve used one for years paired with a Celestion Blue. Ive used that mix with a bunch of different amps, but I like the Gold / Creamback combo better with the Wizard; the SLO30 sounds better with the G12H30 / Blue combo, at least for me

Yes, that’s why I was asking, I don’t prefer the 55 Hz ones, the Heritage 75’s are what I prefer. I really like these with Bogners as the are a brighter more sparkly speaker to offset / balance the blunt, round Bogner tones…
