I got what I wanted for Christmas, bad news is that I gained a couple of kg thanks to holiday snacking.

The lower pickup in the picture is a Twin Jazz, also known as a Double Jazz. Unfortunately, the options on the market for replacement pickups are very limited. Pretty much just Delano and MEC, besides some other small company I came across while doing research.

The Delanos are a passive pickup and vintage voiced, and these are active and I believe they sound more modern. I have been missing a bit of grind and clank on this bass that I had on my old EMG-equipped Horizon II bass, so I thought I'd give these a try. They are the stock pickups that the Vampyre originally came with. Hoping they are good.

The above pickup is just a standard jazz pickup. Had to replace both pickups as you can't mix actives and passives.
