Strat is still the most comfortable and ergonomic body shape there is imo. Different manufacturers have tried to come up with "more" ergonomic shapes in recents years but nothing compares to a strat. Tried and true.

I'm all for superstrats and big chunk of them have almost the same shape than a Fender. My only guitar is a superstrat that started as a 2018 Fender Mexican Strat.Superstrats: exist

I love nice Fender strats you've just gotta spend like 6k to get one without the strings a 1/2 inch off the fretboard, lol.I would be the asshole that asked to check out the Jackson Custom Shop while I was there. I cannot stand the actual fenders. That round headstock, super round horns. No headstock back angle. Even when I was more into vanilla guitars, Gibsons seemed more badass.
