What do you put in between them to keep the bottom head from getting inprints in the tolex?

Man, I'm anal as hell. Forgot to do that. Too late.
Could go to home depot and get a cheap black rubber mat and cut small squares

I have never once considered putting anything in between there honestly. I guess I'm not concerned. I can see where others might be, but I have no problem with people knowing my equipment has actually been used. I have seen picture of guys using cardboard, but the post above regarding the black rubber mat seems a better idea to me if your going down this road.

Never thought it was a big enough deal to worry about.

Cut an old computer mouse pad in half or into four squares.

Great idea

I use foam packing from work. Looks like egg crate. Works good,But I like the "cut up mouse pad"

I've seen many a amp, but never really seen wear from the feet, or if I did it wasn't that bad. I thought thats what the rubber feet are for. But I'm being serious, cause today I stacked two heads on one 4x12 in my house and was wondering if I should but something under the rubber feet only cause I've seen others do it. Has anyone seen wear or tear from amps or cabs feet?

I was thinking about getting some 'bench cookies". They are disk shaped and are padded on both sides used mostly for holding wood down to not slide while cutting.

I'm not worried about imprints on my cabs. They're not show pieces...they're speaker cabinets

I bought carpet remnants and cut circles out the size of table coasters. I put the carpet side down on the cab tolex. I works perfectly, no imprints.

My amp rack levitates about 1/2" above the cabinet, doesn't yours?

I never worried about this, maybe I should?

Nope.

After reading the opening post, I had to check to make sure I was on RT and not TGP.

It's all fun and games until someone low balls you because of some marks on the cab. Most of the cabs and heads I've used over the years were nicked and banged up, so I never worried about it. The few times I had something brand new, I used a cut up yoga mat.
