I like them all for different reasons.
Jumping back and forth between them, I would probably go with one if there aren't other elements added later to the track.
Two might work better if some vocals or a second guitar were added to the mix, possibly?
 
I liked 1 the best. It seemed the most up-front and with the most bite.

I wanted to say 3, but it has something going on in the mids that I don't quite love. Straight cab kinda mids.

There’s a weird cocked wah mid thing going on with 2 that I immediately hated

3 had a bit of a farty overtone to it to a lesser degree than 2. I liked how more clear it was compared to 1 but 1 just sits great in the mix.
 
I liked whichever one I was listening to. But there was something a little nasty (in a good way) about 3 I liked more than 1. And I agree those two are the most similar.

i still dont know which i would pick, all i did was put the b/m/t at 6/3/6 and hit record to see what happens, i think all of them with some tweaking could work. i love trying different combos of gear, and reading everyones comments is fun as fuck, might have to do more of this kind of thing

Shit they all sound good. The first i like the best. The other two sound very similar and low mid emphasis. May be different on monitors, but on my phone, i slightly prefer 1
