Diablo guitars just sold a 2019 MX for 20k. Fucking madness…
 
I would be amazed if Parker actually got $20k for it.

Hold on, I remember not too long ago where someone was debating selling their MX for like $7k or something, and I made a bet they would be going for I think I said $20k in I think five years, i remember putting a notification in my phone in 2029 to go and see, now I gotta find the thread lol

lol, its just common sense to me :dunno: how people think that the main guitar, which they made very few of, that one of the most influential guitar players in one of the biggest bands ever is somehow gonna go down in value, especially with an aging fan base now with more disposable income, makes zero sense to me.

If I had one as an investment I’d be selling it now just for that very reason. No guarantee they’d make it again but the hit you would take if they did. Mind you, knowing ESP, it would be limited, custom shop only and they’d charge 15K.

I bet standart custom shop orders for japanese guys will still work like they did all these years it seems.

Conveniently, my childhood mate has japanese citizenship, so in case they resume production, I’ma turn that into business lol

I just wish I had one for myself…I red people got Eet Fuk ones for like 5k dollars on ESP forums back in the day…

That was me, I actually imported around 4-5 Eet Fuks from Japan in the early 2000's. Most I got for 1800-2300 dollars, most I paid was 3500.
