Today it was Don Dokken up from the ashes .
John Norum and Billy White .
I was playing it for a young shredder .
He loved it !!!

I can hear the scorpions playing at the amphitheater next door as I type. They sound awesome. I need to listen to more scorpions

Andy Wood. Brad Paisley. Tool / APC. Gojira. Pete Thorn. SRV. Four Year Strong. Big Wreck. Adam D (Killswitch / Times of Grace).

My playing isn't on par with any of them by any stretch. But few compel me to make a B line to the guitar more at the moment.

It was somebody's killer No One Like You lesson here that fired me up to jump on Blackout just recently. Haven't had that record since I was a kid. So glad that guy made the effort. Good lesson. Good video. Great tone. Excelling playing. Nailed it.

Vito Bratta recently. Really dig his legato style, very unique.

Bunch of dudes I know from the forums. Reza on here usually does, Dooredge has been doing some killer shit lately, there's a dude called Killzone that always throws up drum jams and then wrecks em, another guy named Nate, buddy of mine Randy Noxon ALWAYS throws down cool shit.

And any time I hear a Lasse Lammert gear demo, especially one of the reamp vids, that track always makes me wanna play.

For famous guys, it's been Adam Jones and Dime lately, with some Slash and Pete Thorn thrown in...Pete's vid for Eruption is my current nemesis.

EVH, Angus, Page, Gilmour in that order.. No one else matters nearly as much as those 4 (for me atleast personally)

pretty much no one. I pretty much just sit on my couch noodling nothing in particular while watching TV

On bass,
Chris Squire, Geddy Lee

For guitar,
Steve Hackett, Robert Fripp, David Gilmour, Alex Lifeson

There is a lot of newer music that I enjoy but lately I've been looking back at 70's prog.

Gary holt.
The last two threat signal CDs.

Gary Holt is one of the few metal guitarists these days that inspires me. I think he should write the next Slayer album.

My influences don't change much.... just depends on my mood and attitude.

Joe Holmes, Andy Timmons, Joe Bonamassa, John Petrucci, Paul Gilbert, Doug Aldrich, Doug Rappoport, Nick Johnston, Slash, Gary Moore, Marco Sfogli, Danny Gatton, Randy Rhoads, John Norum... .......the list always continues.
