Honestly these tones do more for me than chasing Jose mods or stuff like that.
You too can have Nuno tone.....Get a DSL2000 A Rat and an N4....

If the L500XL sounded good doing other tunes other than Nuno or Dime I'd like that pickup alot more....It's so clanky and grindy......
I guess one must have a designated Nuno or Dime guitar for those moments.......
Definitely, bit of ear fatigue for me just on that one pickup all the time. You literally want to reach for it only when doing one of those guys.

I have one in my carvin, it’s no where near as shrill and grindy as I was expecting at all
