Actually the first time I met Zakk I was kind of a dick to him, I didn't know who he was and we were at a party and I was hammered as usual and there was a circle of us guys shootin the shit out in the yard and Zakk said 'I'm really excited I'm playing next week with Geezer', and I laughed in his face and said 'who Geezer Butler', he turned and scowled at me...lol It was Geezer Butler but in the end it was all good and I help keep his shitty Metaltronix amps alive for a time...lol
I also had one of his preamps, it was actually the coolest thing he made. It still works today and sounds great. I'll get it back if the guy ever sells it
