Undoubtedly the most evil president in US history. He knew what he was doing to the black community with his welfare state. It's astounding the progress in societal metrics for blacks until LBJ, trending upwards in home ownership, employment, education, marriage, business ownership, etc for over 100 years until him, and then every single metric falls off a cliff.

Not sure what planet you come from but LBJ finished what JFK started and passed the Civil Rights act in 1964.
