So, you are saying we need to ingest fluoride to live?
I’m saying just because you can’t eat a spoonful of something doesn’t mean there is not a safe amount you can eat

There are “ acceptable” amounts of damn near everything. A certain PPM number of fecal matter is “ acceptable “. Same is true for fluoride. I suppose it depends on whether or not you trust the people who came up with that number and the people responsible for insuring it’s within those parameters.

But, there is no amount of a synthetic chemical poison that is good for you.

Fluoride is naturally occurring. I've heard there are different forms, but don't know any more about that. Regardless, it is not considered an essential nutrient.

I sure hope you're drinking plenty of it on a daily basis.

Bathing in it too.

Okay then, what amount of fluoride is good for you?
I don’t know personally. That’s why rulings in the OP are important so more focus can be put on determining that amount

Yep. That’s why his logic is flawed

Yellow #5 is naturally occurring from coal sludge. Everything natural is good for you right?

All these poisons lower your life expectancy.

So, do you try to avoid them or let the gobernment tell what is an "acceptable" amount?

Ever hear of the Blue Zone?

I should add that in addition to the health concerns there is controversy because the fluoride added to the water supply is an industrial by-product that if not purchased as an additive it would otherwise cost money to dispose of. You can easily see how conflicts of interest might arise.

Our family dentist recommends we take fluoride pills and use non fluoride toothpaste so we have an accurate idea of how much we are taking everyday
