Let's talk about Pinch Harmonics :D Diezel VH2

Feel free to chime in. Clips are welcome. The thing is...you know: THE Thing. They all pinch, it's just so that some amps don't do it in a natural and pleasant way.
Maybe some have a different vision of Pinch Harmonics...I don't know. For me they are important.

I can do pinch harmonics on an accoustic guitar. That's not the point. It gets annoying...
So what's your opinion on the VH2 "pinches"?

Maybe in an effort to make the amp not fizzy and not too bright they lopped off the very top end with snubbers in the circuit. So it has a megaphone quality to it.

It doesnt even get close to sounding like you are struggling to get pinch harmonics. If you dont like the tone, nbd.

I have played amps that had great tone but are noisy. I have played quiet amps that sounded grating. I have played amps that gave great tone but have shit palm mutes and the opposite. But goddamn pinch harmonic tone? That is a new one. Your clip in the other thread was solid. But I cant sympathize with your issue.
