He finally countered at $1250. I shot back $1000, which is my max.
I did. I showed him where the exact same guitar sold new for $1600, and where the rest of the brand sells for well under a grand. I made a fair offer based on its actual value, but it seems like a lowball offer based on his asking price. It's not like I'm asking $500 for a Les Paul, it's more like he's asking $2500 for a Chibson.Yeah low ball again, because it worked so well in the past
Hate low ballers, IF the buyer can show me I'm off on the asking price that's one thing, but they never can
Yeah, it's ugly as sin. It's definitely a face only a mother would love. Nobody else is going to buy that guitar but me.That thing looks like my neighbor's dog took a dump after eating a rotting pigeon cadaver.
Lol, that’s next level lowballingThey had it listed at $2500, but I showed them where it sold for $1600 (new), and offered a grand
Good luck scoring it BeZo. Nice guitars!!!I was just looking at that ad again this morning, and the guitar is still sitting there almost 5 months after my first offer, and a month after my second. Third time's a charm?
A few did. Now he is not accepting offers anymore. I had to message him to offer a grand again. We'll see.You could ask a couple people from Rigtalk to bid 500![]()
There’s a hat I want on eBay. Originally listed at 150. I offered 75, declined. Hat gets lowered to 90 bucks today.
I offered 55, lets see how this goes lol.
