How is the master on this amp. I really liked my SE 670, but the master volume sucked. I have bought an attenuator for it, which made me lost the interest and I sold the amplifier. By the way, the amp was very hard to flip.

I think it is true if you are comparing two amps. All amps from Ground Zero, Cameron e Scottosan sounds amazing. Ah, every amp which Psycodave plays sounds too even a Gorila. By the way I prefer the Wizard MTL than Mesa on that clip.

I have a Bad Cat unleash attenuator and its Sound really good, have loop and footswitchable channel as a solo boost.

I loved my ENGL 670 SE, but their customer assistance and its the master volume sucked so I sold it.

I had a SE signed by Slash here in Brazil and suffered the same to pass it forward.

I had the Compact Mesa 2x12 with V30 and a 3/4 Mesa 2x12 with Black Shadow at the time. The amp sounded bright and harsh in both of them.

I am saying it in a good way: I can't understand comparisons between amplifiers when they weren't using the same tubes when comparing Mark 2C+, Mesa V 2C+ mode and Petrucci 2C+ or the same model with it too. Pre amp tubes make the same amp sound different, imagine it with different amps so.

I have had a Stage 1 Deuce. The channel two is definitely a Modded Marshall and worth the amp, but I am a two channel guy and the first channel was too bright to handle for me. Maybe a Eq in the loop would tame it.

You can try as many pickups as you like, the guitar DNA will still be there. I had the same problem on a Murphy Les Paul and a Suhr. Let the guitar slide and sell it.
