Google search yields it = 1 13/20th
anyone know the convert?

A google search...??? Dude, this is straight up fractions and decimals. 11/16 is .685 ad 5/8 is .625 - are you currently spec'ing a neck through the Warmoth website?Drkorey":3255yqr6 said:Is 1.65 inches a 1 5/8" or 1 11/16th inch wide neck comparably?

LOL ... 1-11/16" is 1.6875 ... Like you and Barbi say, it's math.....
In fractional inches, closest would be 1-21/32".... 1.65625

That is among other things the PRS "regular" profile neck width. Probably my favorite.TeleBlaster":gy3rdn93 said:In fractional inches, closest would be 1-21/32".... 1.65625

You'll want to go 1 5/8 on the Anderson build, as it will be closest to Suhr's 1.650.

Anderson, 60's Fenders and myself all use 1.650" even though we call it 1 5/8"
EB is one of the only companies that does 1.625" or mid 70's Fenders

Thats less than half the width of a high E string for reference
For whatever reason Fender started it by making 1.65" standard and calling it 1 5/8"
So most do the same.
Pointing something out with a lauging smiley at the end does not equal "panties in a bunch". You seem to be the only one here with your undies riding highTeleBlaster":3pyygtm9 said:Suhr":3pyygtm9 said:You think they hold a tolerance of .00375 on each side ?![]()

OP was asking a math question on decimal equivalents, no one said anything about tolerances.
Sorry to get your panties in a bunch.![]()
