Ideally the tribunal composition would be acceptable to both sides. I agree though that there remains the potential for injustice and abuse.

Being assigned the power to be the absolute arbiter of truth for worldwide consumption is a very-dangerous proposition.

Power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely.

And you're right, some things are easy enough for the layperson to figure out. Perhaps this is one of those things, but I haven't seen it, so I can't say!

Some things are best not-seen anyway IMHO; one can't simply "unsee" things after all.

The ability to discern when to guard one's heart and mind is one that peeps these days would do well to exercise IMHO.
