3rd Power kitchen sink

Ya, part of it was where to run the 'Punch' feature which is like a Thump on a Friedman.
 
Hey CS, I have a Citizen Gain, which is I think very similar on the gain channel to your amp, and I teamed it with the warehouse versions of a V30 and Greenback; would you mind passing along your EQ settings? Really dug the tone and playing man!

Treble and mids just above noon, bass at noon, boosted the front with a Boss Sd-1. This amp is voiced with the WGS veteran speakers so i was thinking oof putting 2 of those n the bottom slot but I own 2 V30's. historically I have hated the V30 speaker as it is abrasive and causes ear fatigue/ pain over time.

I had a cab with the WGS veterans years ago and sold it being underwhelmed, however it could have bee the head I was using at the time??
 
I have a Kitchen Sink combo and I LOVE it! I have had it since 2019 and gig with it regularly. I couldn't be happier. I rarely use an outboard boost pedal but do have one for different flavors. Quick clip of mine in action. Great amp!

Sounds good! What speaker do you have in the combo? I just bought some WGS retro 30's to pair with my greenbacks int h eFriedman cab
Not sure if I should do an X pattern or put them on bottom
 
Great sounding amp! I would put the WGS Retro 30 speakers on the bottom slots of your Friedman 4x12 cab. Thanks for recording some clean tones on your Kitchen Sink amp. I liked the tone of the clean channel on your amp. Can you record some Vox, semi break up tones on your clean channel please? I would like to hear it since I don't have a 3rd Power amp dealer near me to demo the amp.

Retro's arriving tomorrow, goping int he bottom. I tried to get a good vox tones but I don't have a strat or tele which would allow it to sound better. Not sure how folks dial in Vox's. To me it would be with a little more dirt from a pedal? I know Brad Paisly has his dr Z's monster tone built from a Vox type tone/circuit.

These amps are built in Nashville and very popular there so i assume amny country guys are using them. Good news is that tone as well as all the fendoer ones are in there. I have spent most of my time dialing in the Marshall flavors.

Here is a vid from Sun pm where I went back to the JMP mode which was killer too. I have never stated about any top shelf the too often said 'not a bad tone in the amp' ..... With t his amp it is true.
