Ok, so I received the new Guitar Player mag today featuring the new EVH products. The article on the 5150III 50w finally shows pictures of the back, confirming the 1/4" footswitch input and the midi input
(both huge improvements from its big brother). Now I won't have to spend a few hundred bucks on a Mini Amp Gizmo. However, if you look closely at the pic of the back it appears to read "Designed in U.S.A." and "Made In Vietnam"?
Are any other Fender products made in Vietnam? Is this possible or am I prematurely presbyopic
? The article is misleading because it says it's made in U.S.A. (which we all know is most likely false since the 100watter is made in Mexico). I hope the build quality isn't compromised compared to the 100watter thats made in Mexico (I know, that sounds odd
) which I thought was built well.
