I'm not sure, but I heard Manafort and a recently caught former FBI Agent, who was a direct link between the Trump 2016 Campaign to Manafort to Oleg Derepaska to Putin and the SVR / GRU.
This and the blue print laid out in the Mueller Report may reopen the the Russian Colusion Investigation.
The CIA and NSA , along with the FBI are investigating .....
