Here is a new build I just had done. Great assembly job by Joel at Grant Guitars in Fountain Valley, CA. Any, this is a Jamerson (division of Musikraft) Charvel clone body that was already painted in this graphic and a Jamerson Neck. The neck is old Charvel profile made out of really nice flame maple with a striped Ebony fretboard. Original Floyd Rose, EVH Dtuna, Tremol-NO, Schaller mini locking tuners and a Seymour Duncan Custom 5 pickup. Plays real nice...

Very cool Steve! How are those Tremol-No's? I have a D-Tuna here I want to install but I don't want to permanently block the Floyd.

Thanks man! The Tremol-No is a very cool unit and it works great with the D-tuna. The only complaint I have with the Tremol-No is a slight buzz you hear when playing the guitar unamplified. It can be annoying to some, but to me it is not that big a deal and it completely disappears and does not affect tone when playing through an amp...

Wow that looks awesome! How much does it cost to make one of those, I love the blood splatter :D

Do you have another blood spatter guitar similar to this, I thought I saw similar pics in the past but maybe my memory is failing me

Tremol-NO FTW

I had an old pointy Charvel with that graphic (although that one was more drip than splatter), but I sold it long ago...

Not too bad, those necks look awesome though, what kind of shape is it?

Thanks man! There are three modes of the Tremol-No:

1) Completely locked - basically fixed bridge mode - won't move up or down
2) Down only - like a blocked Floyd trem - only dive bombs down - can't pull up
3) Free Floating - trem moves up and down

You can move between modes with just a couple of quick twists on the black adjustment thingys on the back of the Tremol-No...

Thanks Steve. That body looks great, I saw it on ebay when they were auctioning it off. I may do one like that later, except black & blood. I just got my new Musikraft maple neck in last week with no body yet, so we'll see.

Cool - Look forward to seeing what you put together...

You got it. I have one being done now, the other will start after. Even though the parts are reasonable, I still have them put together professionally, meaning not by me ;)

Same here man - I am just no good at getting the neck and body together and angled right. Everything else I can easily do myself, but why bother...

Looks great Steve! I love their necks. Great stuff. I'm gonna build another in a little bit.

That looks great Steve!

Even slim C................how does that translate to say Lee Garver's profile? I call Lee's Charvel profile as more of a D type, perhaps almost flat at the skunk stripe.

It just reminds me of an old Charvel pretty much...

I saw this guitar in person. I have NEVER seen a neck with as interesting of a pattern on the fingerboard. The pics don't really show it all. It is just stunning.

I can't wait to check out the guitar Steve.

did you get an angled neck pocket?

Not sure what that is...

Steve

where the back plate meets the body, they grind the bodywood in on an angle (thinner on the treble side) on about a 45 deg.? to make it easier for the heel of your hand when getting access when playing above the 12th.... like an early 90s Iby???....
If I remember correctly?.....

Im gonna be the dik an say cosmetically, as much as I am insanely jealous right now, I dunno if I can stand a white body without a maple board.... Then again, many of my guitars sound like shit and yours dont, so WTF do I know??!? :hys:
It's very Metal, and again, I say, I am jealous.... :gethim:  and... I hate you. :hys: :hys: :hys:
