Anybody else tried attenuating in serial loop?

Also, If volume pedals can do all this, why do products like the 'ultimate attenuater' cost so much more? I have no clue on this subject!

Yes, but here is a limit how much you can roll down the output on a digital unit before it starts to sound horrible, but it should do the trick. AGAIN BER CAREFUL IF YOUR UNIT GOES TO AUTOMATIC BYPASS IN CASE IT STOPS RECEIVING POWER FOR SOME REASON.
