Did you see those pics of Cobain in dresses? I vaguely remember that. Anyways, I don't agree that men can BE women but I have no doubt some feel like they should be (or vice versa). Hence Cobain's angst. Really, the poster is conflating matters by suggesting that thinking Cobain might have been trans is the equivalent to saying that he was a woman.
 
Not a Nirvana fan but I have read some books on Cobain and I think the thing with Cobain wearing dresses onstage and whatever was more just him being a punk and a middle finger to whatever or whoever - Courtney tried to get him to bang Stipe from REM but Kurt wanted nothing to do with that. This is all just the most recent grab for clicks and likes by the TikTok crowd and the likes of that dude that looks more like a wet poodle than a woman, in my opinion.
