I wanted to do a direct A/B between a JMP and the Axe-Fx. Signal is hands, V-pick, Rahbek Tele, Axe-Fx, then the path splits to an amp sim on the one side, efx loop block (to send the signal to the JMP and back), then the signals go into a mixer block that has a pan pedal assigned to the levels. Toe forward is the left side, toe back the right side, then the signal is summed through a compressor, cab sim, etc to the Atomic powered wedges. Watch my left foot's toe up/down for a clue which is which

I have no friggin' idea what you just said. I do know this though, it sounds REAL good and your dog is cool.

toe down sounds a little more open, less compressed and harier - I'm guessing that's the JMP. toe up sounds a little more compressed and refined, I'm guessing that's the Axe - both sound awesome!

Toe up is Axe, right? The "sound" is there, but toe down the notes really pop out, sounds more alive and present. Toe up isn't as dynamic. Cool demo. Oh, I dig your dog too. Looks like he's been your buddy for awhile. :)

my guess is that toe up is the JMP. Open, less compressed. I was able to hear the strings more clearly

toe down sounded more compressed and higher gain-y

Personally, I prefferred toe up

Bitch I always get these screwed up.

Toe down is the JMP, toe up sounds more together than a JMP would be.
