I don't know anything about the guy, other than he modifies and builds amplifiers.

Billy up'd his game on all fronts, he wouldn't have LEGENDS and Platinum selling artists saying these amps sound KILLER if your accusations were correct. We all live, and grow, so maybe "grow up" :lol: :LOL: NEXT :rock:
The noise floor on my FIREBOLT is super silent with little hiss unlike others I know of ;) There is room at the TOP for all MFG's, but your limited perspective means nothing. Like it or not, Billy's already hitting the TOP!! :thumbsup: :rock:
The one thing about Billy is he gives credit to the "originator" Jose Arrendondo the man where Cameron and Friedman borrowed as well, AND Billy made many changes, upgrades and made his true STAMP in the BLADES Line. :D
Mr Dyer from Surreal Amplification nailed it, Billy's a good guy, I saw it at Nashville and everyone agree's, these amps sound awesome!!

Is this even reality any more or have I warped into a different dimension? You sell an amp that looks like what was posted in this thread and then guys come to your defense and say it's all good now? Really? Its all changed that much and now he sells the bests amp in the world? Not in my world.........

Great news ! I finally own a Firebolt lol. I couldn't keep one to save my life As soon as I would make them people would run out the door with them.
My Original Firebolt serial #001 is back home after serving under the Master Michael Wagener in his Studio.
Michael now has the Blazing Red Baron Fire bolt in his studio. Mark Slaughter is recording now and we hope to see and hear our amps on Platinum Recordings coming soon to a radio near you !

Seems like you had a lot to do with it Rikk. I know you have a very solid Cameron reference. Weren't you pretty cool with Mark? Didn't Blades dissect several Cameron mods? Did his build change from a safety standpoint?

Billy took from Jose, lee Jackson, SLO's idea's. Cameron borrowed Jose, and SUHR :D Bruce Egnater told me quite nicely in an email as Mark said to me "Man, Bruce stole my Aldrich mod in the B-52 ATX 100"
I mentioned that to Bruce, he "calmly emailed back saying "I don't know why Mark is so uptight about these "common public knowledge mods" and recipes that have been around for awhile" There you go, Everybody borrows from everybody.
I have a ton of respect for Mark, anyone building amps and wish them HUGE success, not hate.
Im just happy to own a BLADES, their is no negative stigma attatched to this amp, its ALL TONE< I cant hate back at everybody. Billy loves tone since in his teens like all of us here on RT. You can keep going :confused: :doh: but you cant deny the TONE pouring out fo his amp line, its wicked.
 
Well then he should of made the amp and shut the fuck up. Instead he went on every forum possible acting like a complete idiot.
 
I just threw up in my mouth. I would be embarrassed to stand in front of this on stage. I don't care what it sounds like - it looks like it was made by a child with poorly developed fine motor skills as a science experiment that went awry.......

Well I have to say its quite the esthetic design. Looks like its made for my 13 year old daughter...Wow, firebolts and gold knobs!..sounds ok in that video but I would have loved to hear what it would have done if he stopped playing and muted the strings...notice he never stops.
