I can admit..... if half of us all sat around face to face, had a beer and chatted for awhile, a majority would say 'what was I thinking to "judge" or just get angry" 'You guys are cool".
This world today LACKS forgiveness, empathy and just not much positive energy anymore, it sure dosent exist here on RigTalk, people on Facebook now call this website "ShitTalk".
I remember when I first saw this website years back, thought it was GREAT and informative, we are all Tone lover's.
Don't know what else to say, but you can bash me, or agree, I say its easy to start getting "angy" and vengeful" to attack back, but man, hope everyone finds the gear and tone they love, room for so many amps, pedals, guitars.

Maybe a year or so from now, you say " Look, Billy's getting better". I know first hand working with him, how hard it is getting the product out there, extra funds for more components ect. All the power to ALL wanting to make their own line, its effin WORK. I guess were all nuts cause we all love TONE so much.

If you can read my previous posting and of which Moriano confirmed...I have have had two amps MODed by Blades, further, I have heard and played Steve's "Firebolt" #1, soo I KNOW how the Firebolt sounds! I know Blades designs and they ARE 100% ripoffs of the Cameron Jose HG for the Firebolt and Cameron Aldrich for the Venom and identical to schematics Mensur created!...soo, wtf are you talking about and why making such an inaccruate statements??!?

The tone is good, but NOT great. Again, the idiot (Bladez) is not an engineer or technician and does not know the physics behind the amps and what is going on. He's only putting point A to Point B to Point C (and has made many, many mistakes along the way) and putting some add-ons in! Soo, let's be clear on this with first-hand knowledge! After correcting the design appropriately, the "Firebolt" was re-done by me, Steve, and Terry. The amp sounds BETTER, is SAFE (was NOT previously), and I asked him recently (Steve) and he said he loves it (which he should)!

If you think and have bought in to Blades amp(s) being the "holy grail" (laughs), you should hear what it sounds like when I or a "real" amp designer gets done with it.

fyi - I'm just finishing up on basically "the bladez killer" it was what a guy that asked for a jose baseline amp, but with TWO channels and I'm adding a variable voicing in the NFB. The guy did NOT want an FX loop, but I added holes that are plugged for add-ons and including adding an additional tube if he wanted at a later time! Look for pics and sound clips this Labor Day weekend! Get off the bladez thing. He sucks, is a hack, con artist, and bullshitter with no electrical qualifications! WHY in the fuck would ANYONE buy an amp from him. I would settle to hear the amp in high gain guitar volume up, middle range for less gain, and muting the guitar with all that gain up. One thing I notice is all the demos are of constant playing, not gaps, no space.

Cant "hear" the amp, just constant wanking but what i do hear is all compression with alot of hallmark amptone missing.

Just sounds like a bad dirt pedal with the controls dimed.
