Broken knob huh 🙄

I would never do business with them.
If they are comfortable gaslighting, lying, and manipulating regular conversation without shame, well they should be called out.
Given his past comments when he rarely participates on the main forum, I don't believe he even plays the guitar either as his knowledge is surface level at best.
Thanks for your ringing endorsement Lisa. I must have really gotten under your skin. Sorry for that, but this is kind of unhinged. Let's keep OT arguments in OT, K? Happy to address elsewhere.

I am here by submitting my challenge to glpg80. I have no beef with him, but he was the first one to respond on this thread, so I challenge him. Who else wants a piece of Matt?

Hey hey hey what is going on here??

No. Good people should know what kind of person you are if they ever plan on doing business with you. This is just more of your bs and just piles on to your lack of integrity. Anyone can see your manipulative tactics by looking at your history. You think that you're clever or intelligent, but you aren't. You've never backed up your positions with anything other than propaganda and misleading bs while expecting everyone else to explain their positions from kindergarten to doctorate level knowledge just so that you can try to waste their time and twist reality. It's pretty sick and you have no integrity. But given your childish posts and continuous never ending pro stances on behalf of evil and wicked elements in the world, no one should take you seriously.

I have received a guitar that appeared to be packed very well and it had a bent knob and shaft and seller said it was not like that before shipping. Just saying, it could be something where that guitar actually shifts a slight amount forward and back/up down in the case and something happens. This one even had some packing in the case so I kinda thought the seller didn't disclose it in the listing. I will never know. Just saying I was in the same scenario but on the opposite end. It is possible in the slightest it happened but a broken shaft.....? That is extremely hard to imagine if there is NO, and I mean like Zero wiggle room in the case

I guess you do have a point but seems rare. Anything is possible but after dealing with so much bs on there...ehh

I contacted the manufacturer of this item, which as I mentioned is HEAVY duty. They said they had never heard of the knob shaft breaking apart from it being dropped, let alone somehow snapping off by itself in a well-packed new box with no visible damage. I'm gonna skip the details for now but once I get the situation sorted I'll share more.
