Broken knob huh 🙄

Look dude, I can't abide a broken knob so I just want my cash back.
He asked me how I wanted to handle it, likely looking for cash. I told him he could return it and I'd refund less a restocking fee which will hopefully cover fixing it if he does end up returning it. Not paying shipping either. He wasn't happy so I told him to go talk to Reverb. 🤷‍♂️

I hope it works out. This kinda stuff is why I quit selling online. The stupidity of the world trumps the technological power of the internet creating a situation where the tech is no longer usable because idiots. Sorry you're dealing with that crap.

It's no biggie but it's just so brazen I was taken aback. I noticed the rockcrushers are on backorder at Sweetwater. Probably just itching to give it a try and didn't want to pay my restock fee + shipping for return. Makes me wonder if it would be better not to have that fee, but I think someone here recommended it to keep people from breaking shit. Or they recommended just allowing returns, can't remember.

"Bullet-proof construction, a standard feature of Rivera equipment, is also engineered into the Rock Crusher: Within the 16-gauge welded steel chassis of the RockCrusher, heavy-duty and rugged industrial-grade components used throughout, designed to give you years of reliable, cool-running service."

My amp has a built in mini rock crusher. Love that thing!

How the fuck did a Rockcrusher break? They are solid, and don't even have enough heft to break when packed, even when knocked off a counter top. You'd literally have to throw it against a wall to hurt it.
