Looks like it IS true!!
Sounds like they are gonna reincarnate the Mod100 and used aeoric's as the model they didn't have on hand perhaps

So if I herd him right he said $300 for the E2 and $300 a module making it $900 loaded when it goes in production with the rest of the "Amp line family" made in china.

I have to tell ya I would still buy the E2. Im curious to see if they come out with new modules and the quality and ease of mod'n them. Im not getting rid of my USA Eggy stuff, I think it will be worth more in later years.

Wonder if the the USA part of Egnater is still going to be building amps? I hope they don't turn in Peavey :scared:

I think Randall should get the rights to put out dual modules. :D

I think Randall could be in a heap of trouble ..this will be interesting to say the least ..
An E2 Loaded with and SL2X and a Vox for $900 ..wow .
I wonder if the power amp will be going there too.

Very interesting 2010 may be

Excuse me? I didn't hear myself confirm anything about modular being made in our Chinese factory? I said we were possibly going to integrate the modular line into the larger distribution network with the rest of the Egnater products. We are looking into a number of options to "step up" production of the Modular stuff to be able to do that. So you understand, Egnater is not a Guitar Center exclusive. We have an active rep network and are currently in about 120 independent dealers around the US and Canada as well as over 20 different countries right now. To be able to bring the modular line into this would be great for everyone. It would make all of our gear more accessable and allow many more players to be exposed to us than has ever been possible. Sounds like a win/win for us and the players. As you said, it would give me more time to design than spending so much time with production.

Wagster.....I'd swear I answered an email from you a while ago about the T/D modifications??? I was never given your phone messages though. Sorry for the frustration. I am at the shop everyday as always and should not be hard to reach....please let me know if Nick needs any info from me to do your mods.

Thanks
Bruce

I think to be able to deliver the Quality of Egnater tone at an affordable price is a win/win .

That would be cool for everyone Bruce ,IMO

The E2 at $300 unloaded is a no brainer for me. Eggy boys: I will take one! Let us know when it will be available.

Bruce, I just received your email.

Thanks,
Billy

Sounds like a win/win situation for all the players and Bruce & Egnater Amplification. Bruce has put great products in our hands over the years and personally I'm happy to see him get his just rewards for a lot of hard work!   :D

Put me on the list for an E2 also!

Looking forward to be able to buy modular stuff in Europe! Sign me up for an E2!

An E2 under a grand...I'd be all over that :D

Quick question though...aren't the modular boards already made and (partially?) populated overseas already....?

Oh and quit bugging Bruce, he's supposed to be building my RMOD100 ;)

My RMod100 (E34L,KT77) on the right with the M4 and a GCX switcher(need a 6 space rack) so I have 7 Modules available. The Furman RV-1 reverb is running in the parallel loop. GCP pedal controls the channels. Sounds Amazing JKD. :D you will luv it.

On the left is the Mod50 (6L6) with the TC G system and pedal board running into the series loop. The Nova Drive (will be here in a day or two) goes on the board and integrated into the G system with a special TC Y midi cable. This adds over drive and distortion in to the G system and can be edited from with in the G. :D

The center is my TC 2290, TC 1210 and Digitech 33B into the RT2/50 (4 E34L tubes) for wet. I'm short some speaker cabs so the rack is not being used at the moment.
