We had this resolved I thought. Until it came time for him to send 300 he said he would the next day. 5 days later nothing. Now he's still on some bs bout this and that. Just always the round around. So I got tired of dealing with it and filed claims and police reports. I tried to be fair. If he would just say hey I spent it or communicate other than hey wife has it She's mad not sending.

My question is: do you currently have ability to keep in contact with Chugg independent of this forum?

As said prior he hasn’t been online in that time period and Florida has been ransacked by hurricanes. Until he replies, even to confirm everything you’ve already stated, you haven’t done anything to his reputation.

Even if he refunds the full amount right now you still filed a police report over $350 since you told him to keep $150. That’s nuts. AND you circumvented the forum rules - no classifieds sales under 50 posts.

He's really weird, but a solid dude. He can play drums just like John Bonham - no shit.

He did the basic track. He couldn't even tell me how he tuned his guitar. I had a helluva time tuning to what he had done so I could do all the overdubbed guitar tracks. I used the Eventide H949 on that one.

I agree. We had a member named Fatbagg that did the same thing but on purpose and he initiated it. This is different as you initiated it but also backed out.

Sounds like he’s not telling you the truth and he should confirm he took money and isn’t refunding it.

I am going to keep it simple. The only reason you aren't banned right now is because you are being showed a courtesy. You have self admittedly broke multiple board rules, threatened legal action, and are seemingly on a reputation ruining mission.

It seems like you need the money badly, and nobody wants to see a deal go bad. I ask, since we are discussing courtesy shown, that you may show courtesy and understanding to let everything come to light, especially with the knowledge that Chugg may or may not live in a hurricane ravaged disaster area.
