Hey everyone,
I have a 2007 Diezel VH4 with EL34's and I wanting to try playing with speaker combinations in my Diezel 4X12 Rear Loaded (already has V30s) but not breaking the bank trying 100 different speakers (yet lol). From my research it seems like the Creambacks seem to be a great consensus to go for. I play "ambient rock/metal", see my sig for music reference, so I appreciate nice glassy cleans as well as harmonically rich, tight, punchy kick-you-in-the-balls distortion of my VH4 channel 3. I play lead guitar in my band but I also chug too and love a punchy palm mute.
I am leaning hard towards the Creamback H75 since I need that clarity, punch, and cut as well as the richness. Anyone else have opinions to sway me? Going to do an X shape with two V30s.
And even if you have another suggestion, I'm down to hear it.
Thanks!
