I'm working on a time displacement device right now, so I can go back to 1974 and buy all the Sylvania 6CA7's for 34 cents each.

Oh, sorry that was in response to a link from before. The AIC sounds awesome! Might be missing a bit of the grind I'm hearing in the studio version, but I prefer your version with the guitar a little less drowned out and it seams to have a little more crunch and low end, if that makes sense? Sorry it took me a minute to get back I was listening to a few more of them that followed up. I can definitely hear more of your style in the "Little Dolls" cover. I'm starting to be able to pick it up a bit better.

Legend has it, Jerry used a Rockman practice amp in the studio.

Ran it direct into the mixing desk, and blended it with a Bogner modded Marshall to get the tones on that record.

I'm not going to lie, I have ran the headphone out of a modeling amp once or twice in a vastly more crude way. :ROFLMAO:

Many thanks ! 😍

I've been writing chord progressions that force me to get away from the pentatonic minor scale, and work with different intervals.

The one I posted today was a collaboration with a guy on another site where he had written a similar type of progression and it made it a real challenge to play within the harmonic minor/Hungarian minor scales that fit that track.

I don't necessarily think he's DB, he just gives off a familiar vibe. Kind of like that other member whatshisface. Could totally be way off base, but I don't really care either way, tbh. They haven't bothered me, so I'm just here for the clips and the laughs.

FWIMBW I always thought the Rockman was great. Bit of a Boston fan from back in the day. Back then it was Boston, Toto and Foreigner for me. Never really got into Journey but I probably should have.
