Diezel rack preamp?!

Peter needs to be with his family and new son first and most importantly.

The world will still turn and the sun will rise and fall each day as it has without a Diezel preamp :D

The time will come when he will design, build, test and start to sell the preamp :rock:

Until then I will hope that he enjoys the process!

I hope Peter has as much fun designing and creating the preamp as we will have playing and gigging with it. :thumbsup:
 
KISS:keep it simple stupid and practice more..LoL.Rember when playing was about technique and soul.Pappa makes extensions of my soul for that I will always be gratefull.LoL besides I'm old and get confused with tech happy systems.HeHe IF pappa makes it,it will rock :rock:
 
I always work on technique and practice each week. Since I am a 'rack' guy I do not want to have to go out and buy a Diezel head to get Diezel tone. I would have to sell alot of gear to get the Hagen, Herbert or the VH4. I would also use my VHT power amp to run the Diezel preamp but long to hear what a Diezel would sound like in my rig;)

I will wait until Peter makes the master piece preamp;)

I dont want a Diezel preamp. It would have been perfect for me but I recently caved and bought a Herbert and ATA head/rack for it so no..... it would only upset me! LOL
 
Well THAT certainly is reason enough to never have a preamp!!!

But I will refer all the crying fanboys to you, m1ke :)
 
I would pay up to $3000 for this preamp if it ever existed with the combo of the best channels from each amp from Diezel.
 
^ except that each of the Diezel amps have different power sections, so to do what you're asking requires not only different preamp channels but also a specialized power amp with sophisticated switching capabilities.

Diezel preamp/power amp will need to be judged as its own amp, not an attempt to copy other Diezels.
 
Ran my Herbert's line out into my Mesa Strategy 500 and it still sounded like Herbert.
