Where are you located in CT?

I'm there as well.

Bristol. Soon to be in the Manchester/Vernon area (as I work at the Manchester GC...which is a bitch of a commute!).

Very nice, I'm in the Central CT area, like 15 minutes away from Middletown. And I go to that GC all the time. Next time I'm there, I'll hit you up for a chat if you're working.

I'll pm you or something when I think I may be heading up there.

that´s very nice too gutmann!!!

but i hope that you don´t use your effect-unit to ruin your schmidt-sound!

It doesn't affect the sound at all (not more than it's supposed to do...). It really works perfect with the FX-loop of the Schmidt set to 20-30% (9 o'clock) - no noisegate, just for the delay-sounds with a slight modulation.
There's no difference in the sound when I turn the loop off - in this case, it's way better then the DL4 I use in front of the amp.

Ok, Ok!! I was just kidding
I know that you guys can use your effects in the way they are supposed to be!

But it is possible to ruin the diezelsound with fx-units. I had to listen to some ugly
sounds myself. :gethim:

Oh sure, but Rocktron products don't really mess with your sound imo - they just add the effcet to the sound the amp produces. :)

Nice pictures nbarts, as always

I especially like the idea of using covered pickups in the Horizon.
