This is my brand new 002 / 405 Diezel 50W :) . Could someone tell me the manufacturing date please?

Anyway the Marshall with greenbacks is soon to be gone, I don't like the sound of it at all. I hope to get a Diezel cab or a Mills afterburner, depending on availability. I have to purchase in the states so most likely it would be the Mills. Although I much prefer to have a Diezel matching cabinet. But well...

The sound of this amp is amazing, it really can nail most styles. It can get plain nasty as well... In mode 2 of channel one I can get more gain than with the Marshall JCM 800. Mode 3 is amazing, my favorite. The lead channels are superb and the master volume works wonderfully. I am really proud, and congratulate Peter Diezel for building this tone machine.
By the way the looks in person are just magnificent, I never imagined such attention to detail, and quality!!!

A new pic of my stuff:

The red guitar is my new precious. It's a Washburn WI320 Pro with Seymour Duncan Blackouts. I like the tone a lot through my VH4.

Greetz,
kickapoo

I have many maple bound guitars and my amplifier smells of rich mahogany.

You stay classy San Diezel!

This is a great combination

What cab is that? is it a rear loaded 2x12?

Yes, that is a open back 2x12 rearloaded with tone tubbies

Awesome, and can that same cab be ordered closed back?

By your gear I would say you don't play heavy music, but I have an Einstein head and want to get a closed rear V30 cab for hard rock, 80's metal...

I did play the Eini on a Hempcone cab at Puntke-Guitars and this combination did rock quite heavy.
I also compared the v30 closed to the hempcone semi open with my amp. The V30 are a bit tighter and more aggressive compared to the hempcone which has a more blooming sound which I preferred for slightly overdriven and clean sounds.

I would say, the hempcone's best for clean, bluesy crunch and heavyrock - the v30 handles the highgain and metal territory better..

Both great cabs though  Took me 3 hours to decide :D
