Sounds like Austin. That's why I hang out by the dumpsters on my set breaks. Feels more at home that way.
Lololol recurring theme my friend

How was the factory setup and where is nation of manufacture?
It's hard to say about the setup because they're both 2022 serials, so probably have been sitting in those boxes a couple years. They're in mostly in tune and intonated, but the necks could both stand to be adjusted. MIM, I assume at Ensenada? The neck on the pink one feels a bit flatter on the back, but could just be the mild difference in action and setup 🤷‍♀️ But it's definitely far more resonate than the green. I'll give them a day and set them up to see what's what. Another difference is you can see the different pieces of wood on the green one, but whatever I got them for half off. So, no complaints.

Where the hell did you get that deal?!
I posted it on the Crazy Deals Alert thread on or thereabout Black Friday. They came from Franklin Guitar Works on Reverb, marked as "used-mint" aka how they tend to sell all of their new guitars. Leaning toward MAP as the reasoning, if that makes sense. They always have good deals, I bought a bunch of Aerodyne MIJ Fenders and MIM Acoustasonics as gifts last Christmas and decided to keep two of the acoustasonics. Same deals sometimes with Proaudiostar and a few others who do that.

You got them half off plus they only require six strings, MORE SAVINGS!!!

I would guess Ensenada.

What gauges do you plan on running? I usually restring, ballpark the truss and let them settle in for a day or two before re-tweaking and setting intonation unless it's egregious off the bat. My LTD could probably use some fine tuning but I have some some rings, a pickup, and some pots on the way so they gotta come off again anyways.

There’s some solid non US made guitars out there, to each his/her own, but the multi-thousand dollar guitars don’t always equate to high quality…just my 2 cents
You won't hear me argue. Half of my guitars are USA, the other half import. Lots to love about both. No matter the hardware and electroincs used, husk vs husk it's hard to justify some of the price differences.
