The West is importing predators; when they arrive, they see the West give them everything: housing, food, medical care, etc., for free. This is seen as weakness. As the invading predators experience life in the West, the develop disdain, disgust, disrespect, and hatred because of the weakness, rot and decay the see and experience.

Then they prey on the native population, especially women and children; and they see little or nothing is done in response, there are little to no consequences, which confirms the weakness of the West, especially the men, who fail to protect their own women and children, leading to even greater contempt, disgust and hatred, and emboldens them to do even more heinous acts against the native people, and then start to take over, demand even more concessions, privileges, etc., and they see the native government (hello UK, US, France, Germany,...) protect them over and above their own native peoples.

Now, some of the invaders are publicly saying where they are is now their country, their land, and their ways; the native people have no say. I recall one invader in Ireland saying that, it doesn't matter what the Irish want, we will do and take what we want, this is our land now...

claim: US SOCOM is coordinating the NGO's in Panama. What are they coordinating? Getting invaders into the USA, by land, sea and air.

Not only is the government not protecting the border, they're actively involved in getting invaders into the the US. Including the US military.

The truth is, if the US government wanted to protect the borders and prevent illegal invasion, it could do it. The fact that it is not protecting our borders is a choice (i.e., not enforcing our border laws); it's not a stretch to consider the US government actively aiding and abetting the illegal invasion. IMO

I say let's put even more spin on it and say Americans are becoming smarter.

The average IQ will always be 100. So IQ's are not actually dropping, the bell curve is shifting to the left. Those with a previously lower IQ will now be ranked higher (smarter) and people with an already high IQ will be ranked even higher.
