He's an example of what I referred to when I corrected you a few minutes ago on the 5-accounts-with-1-IP thing.
In fact, he was one of the 5 you referred to, so there's that.
As I said, 5 shared-IP accounts doesn't mean 5 with the same IP; each is a discreet instance sharing with (usually) 1 other.
This means you had three people here using the same IP address..
