@Bag Man I think I listened to that track. Was it a live medley that started with Smoke on the Water? Or does someone else have something similar posted?
Anyway the one I heard wasn't bad at all. I didn't listen all the way through but I think at least through the solo it sounded fine.

Maybe it is "painting by numbers" but Ive learned so much, even just in how to check voltages and where to check.
I feel very confident that at this point that I can diagnose and fix my own amps.
And they sound fucking bad ass! Not like some warm, polished turd someone plays in their bedroom at low volume...
$3000 name brand amp shorting out after a few months of buying brand new.
Amp shipped out and gone over 5 weeks because I had no clue where to start...

I had made a beyond dumb mistake. Just couldn't figure it out, but had been looking at the amp internally so much I couldn't look at it or read any more about it.
Had to call a fella named John Nau out of Rochester to help me out.
He calls me right up, "you wouldnt believe what you did? After I show you, youll never do it again"
He wouldnt tell me over the phone what I had done, said it was easier to show. He was right.
From my instructions, it looked like two resistors were to be grounded at V1?
I was wrong, but just couldnt see it.

I did a search and can't find any clips for SOTW so I think I listen to the one Bagman put up and then took down. But the one I listened to was posted weeks ago I think.
If I listened to the one he posted it sounded decent to me and I listened through to the end of the solo at least but not all 5 songs as I was very busy.
So I'm confused. You're trolling him or I listened to the wrong clip? Or both. Haha.
