But it's all good..... She didnt fire right up, but no sweat, I'll just have fun troubleshooting it. She fired up without blowing up, all the tubes glowing nicely, but I got no output, and a wierd oscillating sound. But I think I may have it figured out. I'll let ya'll know how it goes....

Here's some more pics for those of you that asked.

Yea I know it's sloppy, but I wasnt going for pretty YET, I'm going for WORKING first.

It't the picture of Zakk bro. Bad mojo over your bench. I suggest you hang up some titties to bring the good mojo up and lay the smack down on the bad mojo.

Theres another pic of Dave "buttstain" over that one too.....hmm. You may have something there.

Ack! Make it look like this and the oscillation will probably go away. ;)

What version did you end up going with? The Rocco or just straight up?

Holy sheet!! You could eat off that board!!

I've built a few amps myself and believe me my first one didn't look anything like that beauty. My first chassis was so ugly I had to chase away the birds to keep them from making a nest in it. A Fender AB763 chassis is NOT a good first build, I should have started with something simpler.

Any luck with with it yet? I'll look over those pics and see if I can spot anything.

Nice work...

Dude, who's that skanck cum twat shit-stain slut in your avatar?

see sig........

And no I havent had time to mess with it today....

I'm gonna try to troubleshoot it this week, then I'm ordering an actual TURRET board to replace this piece with, and then I'll clean it up, and rewire the whole thing, I just wanted to see if she would work.

That ppimv may or may not be a good thing with that circuit, it will certainly be capable of robogain with it. I'm still searching over the pics, it's kinda hard to make everything out but I'll keep lookin.

Yea, I had a little trouble translating the Rocca over to this circuit, not sure that it's right, but it "should" work the way I combined them, I think my main problem is in the power section or the PPIMV.....dunno yet. I honestly need to just call george at Metro and get a good turret board, and rewire the whole thing, I got about 40' of new wire coming so, we'll see.

hmmm........

Pins 3 and 8 on v3 (last preamp tube) should be tied together and running to a 470ohm between the two 1megs in the phase inverter. Also check and make sure that resistor is 470 ohm and not 470k, common mistake.

I would take out that ppimv for now, If you don't have any 220k resistors to replace it you can use any value from 100k to 220k in the meantime. Just follow any standard marshall layout for that part.

Cool, I may try that in the morning, just out of curiosity. :D
