Favorite Tuner Pedal

Peterson Strobo and Boss TU3 Waza. Both have excellent buffers built in eliminating the need for a buffer pedal.
I wouldn't say that..... as you sometimes may need more buffers here or there and they don't just make everything sound the same or are all the same quality or exactly the same as one another......

Different buffers affect tone and in general you may also need more than one as said IME....

Otherwise we would all be using Radio Shack cables and be better off for it.....but yeah.

I really like the strobostomp tuners. Easy to see when you're on stage, and they just illustrate where you're at tuning-wise really well.

Plus you ain't getting Ridley Scott/Alien/Weyland Corp aesthetic anywhere else relative to a Sonic Research Turbo Stomp...... or that Weyland Corp quality build and design *_*

I don't necessarily disagree, if someone is running a ton of cable possibly yes but I personally have never had the need for more than one buffer.

Not a ton of cable sometimes but just a ton of pedals.

If you have like say 3-5 one buffered pedal may be more than enough but sometimes when your running 7-8 or more like 10-13 or more one finds that sometimes one buffer isn't enough....... and quality matters.

That being said the Waza buffers are damn good quality and a pretty good reason to get the tuners just for that alone and the true bypass option depending on rig and board IMO.
